Celeste M. Calfe, CMF - Founder & President

Celeste M. Calfe, CMF is an accomplished, creative leader with extensive integrated business experience and a strong entrepreneurial background. She has executive-level experience in management, marketing, sales, business development and brand building. She is also proficient in strategic planning, profit/loss responsibility and human resources. Ms. Calfe has achieved professional recognition for her ability to distill proven concepts, methods, and techniques into real world solutions for her clients.

Prior to establishing Calfe & Associates, Celeste was the Executive Vice President of Client Services for Bizet Human Asset Management and for Right Management Consultants. Before these two positions, Celeste was Senior Vice President for Performance Group Associates where she got her start in the outplacement industry. Prior to entering the career management industry, Celeste was an Executive Liaison for a Pennsylvania State Representative and a Teacher on the middle school level. She is also a facilitator for human resources related seminars at Penn State New Kensington, Penn State Fayette and CCAC.

Ms. Calfe has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Education from Carlow University; participates in the Human Resources Certification Program at Penn State New Kensington; provides guest speaker services; counsels undergraduate students regarding their career options; is President of the Indiana County Society of Human Resources Managers; Past-Conference and Membership Chair of the Westmoreland Human Resources Association; Past-Board Member of Pittsburgh Human Resources Association; Past-President and Board Member of Association of Career Firms North America and Past Treasure of the Association of Career Firms International. She has been interviewed and quoted in national publications and is working on her first career management book. She is currently working on her first book in career management and looking to expand her business into the human resources "on call" segment and online training and assessment.
