Celeste M. Calfe, CMF
The President and founder of Calfe & Associates, Celeste was the visionary and entrepreneur who built Calfe & Associates from a dream into one of the most successful independent providers of human resource consulting in the area. Celeste is noted for her “thousands of success stories” which cite examples of how candidates have made truly remarkable career changes throughout her 25+ years experience in the career management industry. 
She is an active facilitator, executive coach and organizational consultant known for her innovative and successful strategic business solutions. In 2008, Celeste was named Career Management Fellow (CMF) in recognition of her contributions to the field of Career Management including Leadership Coaching and Executive Career Transition by the Institute of Career Certification International, the not-for-profit and independent certifying body for professionals in the career management field. She has also been interviewed by Forbes.com, WSJ.com, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and the South Florida Business Times. She has presented at several regional SHRM meetings and conferences and Baby Boomer organizations.

Prior to founding Calfe & Associates, Celeste worked at an executive level for Bizet Human Asset Management, Right Management Consultants and Performance Group Associates securing major accounts and working with senior level candidates.  Before entering this exciting industry, Celeste worked as a teacher and was an executive liaison for a state representative.
Celeste received her undergraduate education from Carlow University and completed select courses within the Masters Continuing Education Program at Penn State University.
